Step 1: Select the products you like and add them to your shopping cart.

On this page:

• You can modify the quantity or remove any product from the cart;
• You can add a discount coupon;

Step 2: Press the "Proceed to Checkout" button to finalize your order.

On this page: 

• Fill in billing and shipping information;
• If you are logged in, the system automatically retrieves your data and fills in the necessary fields for order placement. If you are registered but not logged in, you can log in directly from the shopping cart, and the order fields will be automatically filled. If you don't have an account, you can choose to have the system create one automatically during your first order. This way, your data will be automatically taken for subsequent orders, eliminating the need to fill out the order form again.
• For orders over 250 lei, you can select the "Free Delivery" option throughout Romania;

Step 3: Select the payment method.

Candelarium Scent currently offers two methods: online payment with a card or payment by bank transfer.

Step 4: Place the order;

After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed as soon as possible. For personalized products, the processing time is a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of all information, and for other products, processing takes between 3-5 working days.

• No commission is charged for online card payments on the Candelarium Scent website.
• Card data processing is exclusively done on Netopia's secure servers.
• All online payments on Candelarium Scent benefit from the Let's Encrypt security protocol, Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure Code.
• Candelarium Scent does not have access to card details; they are processed directly by the authorized secure card payment integrator.
• Candelarium Scent will never ask for information about your card in any form of communication: email, phone, on a page from Candelarium Scen website, etc.
• It is recommended to contact them immediately in case of such a situation.

Delivery within Romania is done using colete-online.ro.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the AWB number and the website where you can check the delivery status. Generally, the delivery time is around 24-48 hours, but it can be up to 72 hours during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc). If your package does not arrive within this interval, send an email to contact@candelarium.ro, mentioning the order number.

Each custom order will be processed individually. After receiving all the information, I will work on your request. Once it's ready, I will contact you at the email address you provided to check if everything is okay, and you are 100% satisfied with the results. Only after receiving your final approval, the order will be delivered to you. Custom gifts from Candelarium Scent are created especially for you and cannot be returned.
